So this weekend I installed the flooring. I used standard salt treated decking. I am not sure I will paint or stain and seal it. I also have not decided on filling the 1/8" gaps between the boards with epoxy. More to come soon.
i wasn't sure i'd like the look of the decking, but that looks really cool. i'd stain/seal it for a more vintage look. how does the water in the 'bilge' drain back to the transom to get pumped out? are there drainholes in the fram e elements? in a previous e-mail you invited me to see the boat when it's finished. i think i might take you up on that. looks great
